Our Educators

Clearview employs highly qualified and experienced early childhood professionals. Our educators are dedicated to the care and development of all children who attend the Centre.

Qualifications

In accordance with Child Care Regulations, and in line with the Centre’s philosophy, the following qualification requirements have been implemented at the centre:

All staff leading and attending Bush Kindergarten hold at least one of the following:

All staff hold and maintain a current working with Children Suitability Notice (“Blue Card”).

At any time, there is always:

• a first aid qualified staff member on the premises with CPR and asthma and anaphylaxis emergency management training
• a responsible person in charge trained in child protection

All staff and educators are encouraged to keep their skills and knowledge current. As such, ongoing professional development through in-house and external training is provided.

Clearview has received approval of its Kindergarten Program under the State Government Kindergarten Funding Scheme. Our teachers meet the qualification requirements of this scheme.
