Teamwork

The children work together through our Bush Kindy Program and during their play.

They help and scaffold each other to pull the wagons. They challenge their peers to climb up and down muddy hills. They climb trees, balance on the slack line and ninja slack line. The children risk assess and support their friends when climbing and jumping from crates, walking across the creek, over rocks and problem solving how to achieve tasks. This has been evident since the commencement of our Bush Kindy Program in February 2017 and has become second nature to the children. Through teamwork, children exhibit empathy for others, respect and acceptance of diversity along with an understanding of different abilities and competencies. Children build relationships with each other and their educators through collaboration in their play and interests. .
